- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. blackberry flavored gelatin
- 4 c. fresh blackberries
- 1 baked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions

1Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

2Remove from heat; add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.

3Gently stir in blackberries.

4Pour into pastry shell.
