Blackberry Pie

- 1 9-inch baked pie shell
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. blackberry gelatin
- 1 c. water (I use liquid from frozen berries as part of water.)
Directions

1Boil sugar and cornstarch with 1-cup water until thick; remove from fire and add blackberry gelatin.

2Thaw and drain 4 cups blackberries; fold into gelatin mixture.

3Pour into baked pie shell and cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
