- 1 cup blackberry
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 grated lemon, rind of
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 orange, juice of
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 cups cold water
Directions

1Put boiling water over blackberries.

2Add salt, grated rind, orange and lemon juices.

3Let simmer slowly for 5 minutes.

4Press through sieve, then add cold water and sugar.

5Place in fridge until cold, several hours.
