  • 3 c. blackberry juice
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. arrowroot, dissolved in 1/4 c. water

    Bring all to hard boil for 2 minutes.

    Skim off any foam. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
