  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

  • 2-1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 4 halibut fillets (4 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
