- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

- 4 halibut fillets (4 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions

1In a large shallow dish, combine the first eight ingredients. Add fillets, two at a time, and turn to coat.

2In a large cast-iron skillet, cook fillets in butter over medium heat until fish flakes easily with a fork, 3-4 minutes on each side.
