  • 1 Salmon filet
  • 1 Blackened seasoning
  • 2 tbsp cooking white wine
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions

    Heat pan on low and add butter

    Season both sides of the salmon and add it to the pan
  3. 3
    Flip salmon and put a lid on it to allow it to cook through
  4. 4
    Add the white wine to the pan and flip the salmon until the the white wine had evaporated and it's all done
  5. 5
    Add to a salad
