- 1 Blackened seasoning
- 2 tbsp cooking white wine
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions

1Heat pan on low and add butter

2Season both sides of the salmon and add it to the pan

3Flip salmon and put a lid on it to allow it to cook through

4Add the white wine to the pan and flip the salmon until the the white wine had evaporated and it's all done

5Add to a salad
