  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

    In a mixing bowl add the following ingredients

    Massage into salmon

    Heat a skillet med/high sear salmon on both sides for 2 mins on each side

    Preheat oven to 400 while searing salmon

    Transfer salmon skin side up and juices to a baking dish

    Let finish in oven for 15 mins or until skin is crunchy to your liking
