- 12 slices white bread (no crusts)
- 6 hot dogs, cut in half
- 6 slices cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1About 2 1/2 hours before serving, in a greased 13 x 9 x 3-inch baking dish, place 6 slices of bread. Cover with hot dogs and cheese. Top with the rest of the bread.

2Pour on combined mixture of eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake franks for 1 hour before serving.
