- 3 c. flour, divided
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
Directions

1Measure 2 cups flour in bowl; set aside.

2In blender, add the warm water, 1 cup flour and the yeast; blend for 20 seconds.

3Add the oil, sugar, salt and egg; blend 20 seconds.

4Pour mixture over flour; stir with fork.

5Let rise until double.

6Shape rolls; let rise again.

7Bake in greased pan at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 rolls.
