Blender Broccoli Soup

- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. light cream
- dash of ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1For chilled soup, partially thaw broccoli.

2Break in small chunks.

3Place in blender with 1/2 cup of the milk.

4Blend until broccoli is very fine.

5Add remaining milk and next 6 ingredients. Blend until smooth, 45 to 60 seconds.

6Chill thoroughly.

7If you wish for heated broccoli soup, cook the frozen broccoli.

8Heat with other ingredients on low heat, but do not let scorch.
