- 1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Put water and jello in blender and beat until dissolved.

2Add lemon and 1 cup cottage cheese.

3Liquefy until smooth.

4Add rest of cottage cheese and beat well.

5Pour into large bowl.

6Add whipped cream and mix well.

7Pour over crust.

8Chill.
