Blender Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small can Pet milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Put all ingredients in blender, including oleo.
  2. 2
    Do not melt oleo, just set out and let soften.
  3. 3
    Blend on whip until smooth. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
  4. 4
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
