- 2 c. chocolate morsels
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. hot milk
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. brandy, rum, almond or orange liqueurs
- whipped cream (optional)
Directions

1In blender, combine morsels, sugar and eggs.

2Add hot milk and liquor.

3Blend at medium speed until mixture is smooth.

4Pour in demitasse cups and chill in refrigerator 1 hour.

5Garnish with whipped cream if desired.

6Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
