Blender Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
  • 2-4 tbsp. brandy, rum or possibly almond flavoring
  • Whipped cream, optional

Directions

    Pour chocolate chips, sugar and Large eggs into blender and mix for 1 minute.

    Heat lowfat milk to near boiling in pan or possibly in microwave.

    Pour lowfat milk into chocolate mix and blend till chocolate is smooth (approximately 2 min).

    Add in flavoring and mix in whipped cream or possibly garnish as desired.

    Chill at least 1 hour.

    Makes 6-8 servings.
