Blender Pecan Pie Recipe

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 c. pecans
  • Pecan halves

Directions

    Put Large eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla in blender and blend well.

    Add in pecans and blend just sufficient to chop pecans coarsely.

    Pour into pie shell and place pecan halves on top.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min.

    Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 min.
