  • 1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
  • 1 c. nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cubed avocado (optional)

Directions

    Puree all ingredients but avocado in blender or food processor.
