- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 to 3 oz. chopped Danish Bleu cheese (adjust amount to taste)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Louisiana pepper sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled and icy
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except milk and chill for 30 minutes. Beat milk until peaks form.

2Fold in cheese mixture.

3Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
