Ingredients

  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 to 3 oz. chopped Danish Bleu cheese (adjust amount to taste)
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Louisiana pepper sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled and icy

    Combine all ingredients except milk and chill for 30 minutes. Beat milk until peaks form.
