  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Cut cream cheese into 20 pieces.

    Roll into balls.
  3. 3
    Roll each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.

    Combine sugar and cinnamon.

    Place 1 cheese ball and 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixture in the center of each biscuit; pinch dough to seal.

    Pour butter or margarine into the bottom of a 5-cup ring mold.

    Sprinkle half of the nuts and half of remaining cinnamon mixture into mold.

    Top with half of the rolls, placing seam side up.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until brown.
