- 2 pkg. cheese blintzes, defrosted
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
Directions

1Melt butter in 2-quart casserole over stove.

2Place blintzes in casserole.

3Blend all other ingredients with well beaten eggs. Pour liquid over blintzes in casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top browns.

5Serve with powdered sugar or strawberries.
