  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Cream 1/2 cup of sugar and butter.

    Add egg yolks, salt, flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla.

    Pour into 2 large, ungreased, 10-inch layer cake pans.
