- 2 cups dates
- 1 12 cups brazil nuts
- 12 cup almond butter
- 14 cup dried unsweetened coconut
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Combine dates, nuts and almond butter in a food processor.

2Process until mixture forms a paste.

3There should still be small chunks of nuts.

4Roll 1/2 tablespoon of paste into small ball and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

5Combine coconut and cinnamon in a separate small bowl.

6Roll each date ball in coconut coating and place back on the baking sheet.

7Refrigerate balls for 4 hours or overnight.
