  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, plus 1 tablespoon salt for rimming the glasses
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cups tomato juice
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 4 ounces vodka
  • 4 stalks celery, with leaves attached

Directions

    Combine 1 tablespoon of salt and Cajun seasoning on a small plate.

    Dip the rims of each glass in water, then into the salt mixture.
