  • 16 whole Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise Or Miracle Whip
  • 13 cups Chopped Green Onion
  • 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Snipped Fresh Parsley

Directions

    Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato and then scoop out and discard the inner pulp.

    Invert tomatoes on a paper towel to drain.
  3. 3
    Cook the bacon and crumble it.
  4. 4
    Then mix all remaining ingredients together well.

    Pipe the mixture into the tomatoes and refrigerate for several hours prior to serving.

    You can also add cooked chicken breast if you choose.
