- 16 to 20 cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
- 3 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
Directions

1Cut a thin slice off of each tomato top.

2Scoop out and discard pulp.

3Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel to drain.

4In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well.

5Spoon into tomatoes.

6Refrigerate for several hours.
