- 4 whole Salmon Steaks
- Salt And Pepper
- 6 whole Bacon Strips
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach
Directions

1Season salmon with salt, and pepper.

2Cook in preheated skillet for 4-5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.

3Remove and keep warm.

4In the same skillet, fry bacon.

5Remove.

6Drain all but 1 tablespoon of grease.

7Add tomatoes to hot pan, and suate just until tomatoes begin to soften.

8Add spinach and cook only until it begins to wilt but does not lose its color.

9Spoon veggies over salmon.

10Top with crumbled bacon.
