  • 6 oz. Blue cheese
  • 10 oz. processed Cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pecans
  • 1/4 c. parsley

Directions

    Stem large mushrooms.

    Chop stems with chopped onion, celery salt and some bread crumbs.

    Spoon back into mushrooms.

    Drizzle with melted margarine.
