  • 8 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/3 c. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 tsp. vinegar
  • chopped pimiento
  • lettuce cups

    Peel eggs; cut lengthwise.

    Remove yolk; set aside whites. Mash yolks with cheese; blend in sour cream and vinegar.

    Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
