  • 1 pkg. (250 g) pkg Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 125g blue cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 baguette
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 2 pears

    COMBINE cheeses and pepper

    CUT baguette in half, lengthwise.

    Hollow out both halves, leaving 1/2 inch (1.2 cm) of bread inside.

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup (50 mL) of pecans in each half of baguette.

    Divide cheese mixture between the 2 halves, patting carefully onto pecans.

    Bring both halves together to form whole baguette.
