Ingredients

  • 1 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, well chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy or 1/4 tsp. brandy extract (Cointreau, Kahlua, Grand Marnier, etc. may be substituted)

    Heat cream until bubbles begin to form around edge.

    Remove from heat and add chocolate.

    Stir gently until mixture is smooth and shiny.

    Stir in brandy.
