  • 1 -1 14 cup blue cheese (4 to 5 ounces)
  • 14 cup butter, softened
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • 10 slices bread, thinly sliced

Directions

    Cream cheese and butter thoroughly;season lightly with garlic slat, if desired.

    Cut crusts from bread; spread with cheese mixture.

    Cut each slice into 3 strips.

    Toast 20 to 30 minutes or until bread is very brown and crisp.

    Store in covered tin in refrigerator.

    Serve at room temperature.
