  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 4 each garlic cloves, minced
  • 1- 1/2 cup cilantro fresh, finely chopped
  • 4 1/2 ounces olives can, ripe, chopped
  • 1- 1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

    Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a medium bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk; stir in lime juice and remaining ingredients.
