Ingredients

  • 1 lb. blue crab meat or meat from 4 crabs (omit the shells)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cube oleo, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix ingredients together and spoon into large scallop baking shells.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until edges are brown.
