- 4 medium size fish fillets
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- garlic salt
- pepper and paprika
Directions

1Place fillets skin down on lightly greased pan.

2Brush 1/2 of melted butter and lemon juice on the fillets.

3Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly on fillets.

4Sprinkle seasonings on top of the fillets to suit your taste.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Then baste with remaining butter and lemon juice.

7Bake until flaky and golden brown.
