  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (take these out of the freezer first and let them thaw a bit while you get the rest of the ingredient)
  • 34 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 14 cup blackberry spreadable fruit
  • 34 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

    place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Add more cinnamon and a pinch of sugar, blend again.

    Serve.
