- 2 oz. Roquefort cheese
- 4 ripe pears
- 4 Tbsp. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 oz. butter
- pinch of salt
- pinch of paprika
Directions

1Peel and split pears, remove the core.

2Allow the Roquefort cheese and the butter to soften to room temperature.

3Add mix to creamy texture.

4Fill the pear; mix enough cream into the cream cheese with a light whisk until it will pour, adding a pinch of salt.

5Place the pears on a bed of lettuce and pour mixture over them.

6Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

7Chill 1/2 hour before serving.
