  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • dash of ground pepper
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, green beans or cauliflower)
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, mustard and pepper; set aside.

    Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.

    Spoon sauce over hot vegetables.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan.
