  • 2 cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Ripe Banana, Peeled (frozen If Desired)
  • 1 cup Blueberry Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • Ice Cubes To Thicken, If Desired

    In the canister of a blender, combine blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and ice (if desired). Blend until desired consistency. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!

    Notes: Smoothie ingredients can also be frozen for easy preparation. Simply add in Greek yogurt and milk when ready to blend.
