  • 1 box butter cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix 1st 4 ingredients and bake in 350° oven about 20 minutes. Mix next 4 ingredients and spread over cake layers.

    Add a little sugar and cornstarch to pie filling (if needed).

    Put pie filling between the layers and on top.
