- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups chunky style salsa
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions

1Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet, add chicken, cook over medium high heat 3-4 minutes per side.
