- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. fresh blueberries
Directions

1Combine 2 1/2 cups blueberries and 1 tablespoon cornstarch in blender; blend until smooth.

2Cook puree over medium heat about 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Set aside to cool and reserve 1/2 cup for glaze.
