  • 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. fresh blueberries

Directions

    Combine 2 1/2 cups blueberries and 1 tablespoon cornstarch in blender; blend until smooth.

    Cook puree over medium heat about 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Set aside to cool and reserve 1/2 cup for glaze.
