- 1 ready to bake pie shell
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
- 1 qt. blueberries
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- butter
Directions

1Meanwhile, wash and drain blueberries.

2Combine blueberries, water, sugar and cornstarch.

3Boil until clear, stirring constantly.

4Add butter and mix until smooth.

5Cool slightly. Pour over baked mixture.
