Blueberry Chocolate Cake

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 can blueberries (for topping)
  • 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions

    Drain blueberries and add enough water to bring to one cup. Set blueberries aside.

    Put all ingredients except blueberries in large bowl.

    Beat on low for 30 seconds, beat on medium for 2 minutes.

    Fold in blueberries.

    Grease and lightly flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour into pan and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. After cake has cooled, prepare package of instant chocolate pudding according to instructions on package.

    Pour over cake and refrigerate until pudding has set.

    Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
