  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. nuts

    Combine first six ingredients.

    Beat until smooth.

    Fold in berries.

    Pour filling into pie crust.

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.

    Remove from oven.

    Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
