Ingredients

  • 1 large can undrained, crushed pineapple
  • 2 to 3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks melted margarine (I use 1 1/2 sticks)
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread the ingredients in layers.

    Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes until brown on top. Serve warm or cold.

    Top with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream.
