Blueberry Crunch Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 c. blueberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Pour pineapple in long pan; cover pineapple with blueberries. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar on top of blueberries; mix and pour yellow cake mix on top of blueberries. Cut up margarine and dot top of cake mix. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of sugar on top. Add chopped nuts and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
