  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. blueberries

Directions

    Mix together egg, sugar, sour cream and oil, then add flour and baking soda.

    Stir well and add blueberries.

    Bake in cup cake papers or greased muffin tin in 400° oven for 15 minutes.
