Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 carton frozen whipped topping (9 oz. size)
  • 3 c. blueberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.

    Remove from heat.

    Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/4 cup water.

    Add to blueberries and cook until thick, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat.

    Cool. Add 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.

    Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.

    Top with remaining whipped topping when ready to serve.
