Blueberry Ice-Box Pie

- 1 baked 9 inch graham cracker or regular pie shell
- 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 cup water
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 bananas
Directions

1In saucepan combine 1 cup sugar and cornstarch.

2Gradually stir in 1/8 cup water.

3Add blueberries and lemon juice.

4Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.

5Cool. Blend softened cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar until creamy. Slice bananas in bottom of pie shell.

6Spread cream cheese mixture over bananas and top with blueberry filling.

7Refrigerate and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
