- 1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice, thawed
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 5 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Pour apple juice and gelatin in a saucepan.

2Allow to soften for several minutes.

3In the blender, finely chop blueberries, one cup at a time.

4Add lemon juice, spices and 2 cups chopped berries to gelatin.

5Heat over medium-low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat.

6Stir in remaining berries and mix well.

7Pour into jars or plastic containers.

8Store in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
