  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 5 c. frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

    Cut corn tortillas into 6 triangles.

    Top with green chilies and a little grated part skim milk Mozzarella cheese.

    Place in a 350° oven to crisp tortilla and melt cheese.
